Line Charts plot the data on time intervals and that they are useful to predict the form or trends. Data should be consistent and do not contain any missing points. One series data can be displayed or multiple data sets can be built on the same chart. The vertical axis represents a numeric value, and the horizontal axis shows the various categories.
