The 2vz-FE engine is a V-6 2.5 liter DOHC 24-valve. The 2vz-FE engine 6-cylinder V-arrangement with an angle of 60 °. In front of the RH cylinder bank are numbered 1 to 3 – 5, and the front cylinder bank of LH are numbered from 2 to 4 – 6. The crankshaft is supported by 4 bearings inside the crankcase. These bearings are made of copper and lead alloy. The HR and camshafts intake LH are powered by a single timing belt, and a train on the camshaft admission engages with a gear on the camshaft for the exhaust drive. The newspaper camshaft is supported to 5 (admission) or 4 (exhaust) placed between the valve lifters of each cylinder and the front end of the cylinder head. Lubrication of journals and cam gears are made from oil being supplied by the oiler port in the center of the camshaft. Adjusting the valve is via an external system type Shim, which holds the control valve is located above the valve lifters. This replacement has shims without removal of the camshafts.
