Position steering wheel horizontal (front wheels in the straight position) IMPORTANT: the steering wheel should not be included with the steering coupling (25) a Private contact spiral will be destroyed 3,1 Remove the lower engine compartment paneling Q vehicles with petrol engines 3.2 Remove lower part soundproofing capsule Q vehicles with diesel engines 4 Disconnect the exhaust shielding plate to the firewall under the steering coupling (25), if it is installed. 5 Unscrew the screw (25a) with the steering coupling (25) in the lower steering shaft (80A) 6 Pull the lower steering shaft (80A) and from the steering coupling (25) CAUTION: Do not force (causing a lot of leverage) as the lower steering shaft (80A) is sensitive to the effects of lateral forces.
