Install the front brake lines (1) in the clamp (2), inboard of the screw (3) and attached to the fork stem cover (4). Tighten the screws to 30-50 in-lbs (3,4-5,7 Nm). 9. Install the brake line in the clamp (5) below the lower fork clamp. Tighten the screws (6) to be 96 to 120 lbs (10,9-13,6 Nm). Dyna Glide, Softail, XL 883, XL and XL 1200R Model 883L.
