Before installing your manifold make sure that all gasket surfaces clean. Accel recommends using a thermostat 180 degrees in most applications. Place the thermostat and gasket to the manifold you, put your thermostat housing to the manifold and the bolts in place. When you install your fuel injectors, be careful not to cut the O-Rings. A small number of oil on each O-ring that will assist in the assembly. Please reference service manual for proper torque sequence and vacuum line routing. If this is a custom manifold, please contact FABRICATOR for this information.
